Yesterday, Stephen Grice gave a keynote speech to The 14th Annual NZRail 2025 Conference about NSX - North South Express.
The speech focuses on the fully rail-enabled design of the proposed port and the economic and regional development opportunities for Marlborough. The maritime saftey risks of the Picton-Wellington and the Clifford Bay-Wellington are compared.
